All manuscripts are submitted online through this site. Before you start, prepare your files with the Guide for Authors, which covers article types, formatting, data, ethics, and IEEE referencing.

A JDIMS account with the Author role. Register or log in.

Title, abstract (up to 250 words), 4 to 6 keywords, and every author's name, affiliation, email and ORCID iD

Log in
Log in and choose New Submission from your dashboard.

Start
Choose the section that matches your article type, confirm the submission checklist below and accept the privacy statement.

Details
Enter the title, abstract and keywords exactly as they appear in your manuscript.

Upload files
Upload each file and label it with the matching file type from the table below.

Contributors
Add every co-author in the same order as on the title page, and make sure the corresponding author is set as the primary contact.

For the editors
Add anything the editor should know, such as a related preprint or a special issue you are submitting to.

Review and submit
Check every step, then submit. You will receive an acknowledgement by email.
Keep it anonymous. Reviewers see only your files, never the author details you enter in the system. Make sure the manuscript, figures and file properties contain nothing that identifies you.

•Track progress from your dashboard. The editor screens every submission for scope, quality, similarity and ethics before sending it for double-anonymized review. See our Peer Review Process.
•Need to replace a file or correct a detail? Don't submit again. Open your submission and send the editor a message through its discussion panel.
•Manuscripts that don't follow the Guide for Authors may be returned without review.
Submission Preparation Checklist
The work has not been published before and is not under consideration by another journal.
All authors have approved the submission and agree to be named, in the order given.
One corresponding author is named, with a current email address.
The title page and the anonymized manuscript are separate files, and the manuscript contains nothing that identifies the authors.
The manuscript follows the Guide for Authors: an abstract of up to 250 words, 4 to 6 keywords, and highlights in a separate file.
Figures are uploaded as separate files, and tables are editable text.
References follow IEEE style, with DOIs where available; every citation is in the reference list, and every listed reference is cited.
The manuscript includes statements on competing interests, funding, author contributions, data availability and generative AI use.
Permission has been obtained for any third-party material, and ethics approval and consent are reported where required.
